Images are available in three size ranges, up to 5,000 pixels (longest side), and should fit a wide range of designer's needs, both for print and web-based projects. In many cases images are edited to enhance realism, not surrealism however, there are more 'artful' renditions here and there. Campaign managers might consider our 3-year exclusive terms, which offer a company sole user rights of any image not yet in circulation, allowing the perfect image to become synonymous with only your brand. |

Laws vary but as a basic rule, you should NOT use a person's likeness in any promotions or advertising of any kind, if a Model Release is NOT available. Many images at Lucid Times are supported with such, and good to use as is, but for those that are not, including images of 'property', you, the end user, are expected (and obligated by law, and our User License) to either seek a release or render the image unidentifiable. |
